Awarded second place in the 2021 edition of the “Great Place to Work” for women ranking.

We are pleased to announce that our group company, Direct Marketing Mix, has been awarded second place in the “Great Place to Work for Women 2021” ranking by the “Great Place to Work®” Institute Japan (GPTW)

GPTW was launched in 2007 with the aim of spreading the concept of “Great Place to Work®” in Japan. In addition to surveys, GPTW also provides various training and workshop services to support the creation of “Great Place to Work in Japan”. “Great Place to Work” companies are surveyed based on the same standards worldwide, and are published in the media in various countries as the Best Workplaces List. In the U.S., the Best Workplaces List has been published annually through FORTUNE magazine since 1998, and being listed is considered to be a sign of a “first-class” company. More than 5 million employees from 7,000 companies in about 60 countries participate in the survey each year, making it the world’s largest employee attitude survey.
