With a total of 2,000 seats and more than 1,000 people in operation at any given time, the center is not only available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but also has ample capacity to expand to a maximum of 200 seats per customer.

We have a system of 1,000 people at all times, and each person can make approximately 4,000 calls*. We do not use an "auto-call system" in order to improve customer satisfaction and to focus on the quality of each case.
