Basic principle on Personal Information Protection

Customer Relation Telemarketing Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRTM") will use personal information received from customers appropriately for the purpose of enhancing communication with customers, maintaining the relationship between each client and customer, and maximizing customer value through telemarketing.

In conducting CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, we will protect information assets entrusted to us by customers and our information assets from various risks and threats, such as leakage, falsification, loss, destruction, and interference with use, by taking the necessary protection and appropriate safety measures. In order to do so all of our employees recognize the importance of protecting and managing personal information, comply with the laws and regulations regarding personal information, establish the following personal information protection policy, establish a personal information protection management system, and make every effort to protect personal information appropriately.

CRTM is aware that it must protect personal information entrusted to by customers in the course of the business, and will acquire, use, and provide personal information in an appropriate manner within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and will not use personal information for any other purpose.

CRTM will take measures to prevent unauthorized access leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, as well as corrective measures, and continuously improve the personal information security system.

CRTM shall respond to complaints and consultations regarding personal information in an appropriate and prompt manner.

CRTM will comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards related to personal information.

Based on the needs of the customers and the latest trends in information technology, CRTM will review the personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner and implement continuous improvements. The policy will be shared within the company and made known to all employees. CRTM will also strive to educate and enlighten each employee to raise awareness of personal information protection.

Personal Information Protection Policy

CRTM collects personal information (address, name, date of birth, e-mail address, gender, telephone number, desired products, and other personal information necessary for the execution of business).

1.Formulation and continuous improvement of personal information protection regulations

(1) Formulation of Personal Information Protection Rules
CRTM will make managers and all employees aware of the importance of protecting personal information through education and training, and will formulate, implement and maintain the "Personal Information Protection Regulations" in order to appropriately use and protect personal information. CRTM will regularly review and maintain the "Personal Information Protection Regulations" and strive for continuous improvement.
(2) Continuous improvement of personal information protection activities
CRTM will set up a Personal Information Protection (CP) Committee and an organizational structure to continuously improve personal information protection activities.

2.Key themes for personal information protection management

(1) Collection, use, provision, and deposit of personal information
In order to operate the business properly, CRTM will collect personal information by clarifying the purpose of collection and use, establish a management system to promote the protection of personal information, and handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Regulations" in collecting, using, providing, and entrusting personal information.
In addition, CRTM will record the contents of any telephone calls made for the purpose of taking appropriate action. The content of the recording may be provided to business partners within the scope of the purpose.
(2) Respect for the rights of information subjects
CRTM respects the rights of information subjects regarding their personal information and will comply with requests to disclose, correct or delete, refuse to use or provide, their personal information to a reasonable extent in accordance with the law and the 'Personal Information Protection Regulations'.
(3) Compliance with laws and norms
In addition to complying with the requirements of the management system for the protection of personal information (JIS Q 15001 :2006) and various laws and regulations regarding personal information, the Company has established a compliance program for the protection of personal information and will thoroughly enforce this program through employee education and training.
(4)Implementation of safety measures
In order to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, CRTM shall implement safety measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Regulations, and shall strive to correct and prevent unauthorized access to personal information or the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
(5)Obtaining the Personal Information Protection Policy
CRTM will respond sincerely and promptly to inquiries and requests for disclosure, etc., regarding the Privacy Policy and personal information from customers.
(6)Complaints and Consultation
CRTM shall respond sincerely and promptly to complaints and consultations, inquiries, and requests for disclosure, etc., regarding the Personal Information Protection Policy and personal information from customers.
This policy complies with the "guidelines and other norms set by the government" and treats not only customers but also all personal information related to our officers and employees in the same way as above, and this personal information protection policy will be disclosed at any time to any external request.
