Certified as a “White Company”

We are pleased to announce that we have been certified as a “White Company” by the Japan Institute for the Promotion of Next-Generation Corporations (hereafter referred to as the White Foundation).

CRTM was certified as a “White Company” because it met all seven indicators established by the White Foundation to a high standard. In particular, we received high marks for our efforts in the indicators of “work-life balance,” “health management,” and “human resource development/job satisfaction.

※What is the White Company Certification?

The White Foundation certifies “great companies that should be continued and kept for the next generation” by comprehensively judging and evaluating them based on seven indicators (business model/productivity, work-life balance, compliance with labor laws, health management, risk management, human resource development/rewards in work, and diversity and inclusion).
