Selected as a “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2019” (White 500)

We are the first call center in the industry to be certified as an “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2019” (White 500).

We are pleased to announce that on February 21, 2019, we were certified as a “Large-Scale Corporation (White 500)” in the “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2019”, a joint initiative by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council to select corporations that practice excellent health management.

CRTM is the first company in the call center industry to be certified.
