We are pleased to announce that we have won awards in all three categories we entered at the APAC Customer Service Excellence Awards 2024 held in Hong Kong: ‘Best Customer Experience Management of the Year,’ ‘Innovation Leadership of the Year,’ and ‘Contact Center of the Year.’
These awards recognize companies, business units, and individuals who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in customer satisfaction, service quality, and unique corporate initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
We were recognized for our operational methods, including the use of WFM (Workforce Management) for call volume forecasting, staff allocation, and shift management tools, as well as our VPC service (Value Pack Center: a hybrid center combining on-site and work-from-home environments).
