What are the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)?

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership.

The Direct Marketing Mix Group (DmMiX) has announced the “DmMiX SDGs Declaration” to achieve the SDGs, and is working to realize it through business activities, attaining sustainable growth together with the local community.

Goals of the DmMiX Group

 

Goal 3:Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages

Goal-03CRTM has been working on health management since 2018, believing that the development of the company is linked to the fact that all employees are healthy both mentally and physically, and can carry out their work with peace of mind and maximize their performance. We are planning to implement step counting events using mobile apps, an official in-house club “Aoharu System” in which part-time employees can also participate, and other activities that will make employees aware of health management.

 

 

 

Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

Goal-05The DmMiX Group actively accepts diverse human resources, such as hiring LGBT people through the “YouTuber recruitment” program, and strives to create an environment where not only the employees themselves but also the employees around them can work with respect for each other’s values and circumstances.
In addition, under the “kirari” project for promoting the advancement of women, which was launched in 2019, we plan to establish a system in 2020 in which female employees themselves can think about and propose career support according to their life plans.

 

 

 

Goal 8: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all

Goal-08The DmMiX Group has adopted a shift system that allows all employees, both full-time and part-time, to work any time they want, making it easy for those who cannot work long hours due to nursing or childcare.
In addition, we are creating employment opportunities for a large number of part-time employees by offering “Skiba Recruiting”, which allows employees to work as little as one hour a day, and “Sokuba Recruiting”, which allows employees to start working as soon as possible after the interview. In the future, we are also considering making the existing shorter working hours system into a career plan for full-time employees, and introducing an hourly paid leave system.

 

 

Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries

Goal-10The DmMiX Group offers a wide variety of employment opportunities for foreigners.
In addition, being mainly a call center we respect diversity and do not discriminate on the basis of nationality, race, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, educational background, religion, beliefs, physical condition, etc.

 

We will continue to maintain and improve the quality of our employees’ physical and mental health care, and aim to further raise morale through interaction with them to create an environment where everyone can play an active role.
